:Its been known the first week of BW's release (note sprites of N. #000). Though on topic, this is National #000 whilst Victini is National #494. The BW ----- when captured will actually appear in the party unlike GenIV:000. They're completely different Pokémon, they exist in two different games, and to put them in the same article just because they have the same name is not valid.
