|desc={{p|Torkoal}} is Tabitha's second known Pokémon and his main battling force. It can release various types of smoke and gas from its body, causing people to become drowsy. It was first used to battle Ruby and Sapphire on the Abandoned Ship. At the Seafloor Cavern, it attempted to protect the Blue Orb from Amber by holding the orb in its shell. Amber's {{p|Volbeat}} used {{m|Trick}} to switch the Blue Orb with a Figy Berry. When Tabitha and Amber were trapped inside the submarine, Torkoal used its smoke to keep the submarine afloat. At Lilycove Museum, it fought against Wallace's {{p|Whiscash}}, but was defeated.
