Revive can be used to heal a Pokémon that has been knocked out during a {{OBP|Gym|GO}} battle, restoring half of the Pokémon's maximum {{stat|HP}}. It can only be used outside of battle, including through the Gym interface immediately before a challenge.

Revive can be obtained starting at [[Trainer level|level 5]] (the same level when Gyms can be challenged) by searching [[PokéStop]]s or Gyms. It is also available as a reward for leveling up, from level 5 through level 29.

After the battle, Emerald revealed that he had managed to find a total of 99 Revives during his Battle Pyramid challenge.
