The Resist Wing (Japanese: ていこうのハネ Resistance Feather) is a type of medicine introduced in Generation V. It is a wing that slightly increases the Defense of a Pokémon.

Effect

When used from the Bag on a Pokémon, adds 1 Defense EV to the target Pokémon per use. It also increases the Pokémon's friendship a little.

The Resist Wing is consumed upon use and cannot be used in battle.

In Reunion Battles In Nimbasa!, a Resist Wing was included in the full set of wings promised as a prize for winning the Club Battle tournament. In Club Battle Finale: A Hero's Outcome!, the set of wings was won by Iris, who later sent them to the Village of Dragons.
