==Release information==
==Release information==
This card was reprinted in the {{TCG|Legendary Collection}} reprint set, which was only released outside of Japan.
This card was included in the {{TCG|Jungle}} expansion, first released in the Japanese {{TCG|Pokémon Jungle}} expansion. A special {{TCG|W Promotional cards|W Wizards stamped}} version of this card was released in the September 1999 issue of ''The Duelist Magazine''. The Jungle print was later reprinted in the {{TCG|Legendary Collection}} expansion.

Contrary to what some believe, the {{TCG ID|POP Series 4|Pikachu|13}} card in {{TCG|POP Series 4}} is not considered a reprint of this card despite many similarities.  A key difference is in the attack costs:  this card's attack cost is {{e|Lightning}}{{e|Lightning}}, while the POP 4 Pikachu's attack cost is {{e|Lightning}}{{e|Colorless}}.
A Chinese version of this card was included in the {{TCG|Pikachu World Collection 2000|Pikachu World Collection}}, available to purchase exclusively at Pokémon Park 2000 held at Sydney University, Sydney, Australia from September 12 to October 4, 2000. This print features a gold foil Pikachu tail stamp opposite the expansion symbol.
