Oralie (Japanese name: オトネ Otone) is a character of the day who appeared in Ya See We Want an Evolution. She is the younger sister of Haley and is also a member of the B Button League. As a member of the league, she aims to make her Magikarp the strongest Pokemon without having to evolve it.
