Oralie
Oralie (Japanese: オトネ Otone) is a character of the day who appeared in Ya See We Want An Evolution!.
She is the younger sister of Haley and is also a member of the B-Button League. As a member of the league, she aims to make her Magikarp the strongest Pokémon without having to evolve it.
Pokémon
Oralie's Magikarp appeared in Ya See We Want An Evolution!, where he was part of the B-Button League, a group of Coordinators that do not evolve their Pokémon. After the group met Oralie and Haley, Magikarp and Feebas jumped out the water, showing off their beauty. Then, Dawn battled Magikarp with her Piplup to see how strong the Fish Pokémon is. Magikarp managed to dodge Piplup's attacks and quickly knocked him out with one strong Tackle. Ash battled him using his Pikachu; the battle was eventually called off for lunch.
Suddenly, Team Rocket grabbed Magikarp and Feebas so they could evolve them into a Gyarados and Milotic with their new mecha. Pikachu tried to use Thunderbolt to break them out, but was captured as well. The trio attempted to evolve them but the machine did not work, after which Pikachu used Iron Tail to break them out and destroy the mecha. Along with Feebas, Magikarp battled Team Rocket, using Tackle alongside Feebas's Ice Beam, which sent Team Rocket blasting off.
Magikarp's only known move is Tackle.
