==Release information==
This card was released as a promotional card. It was awarded to those who came second in each age bracket in the World Championships. It was first awarded in 2004 when [[Pokémon Organized Play]] hosted the first Pokémon TCG World Championships under [[Nintendo]], and has been awarded at every Worlds tournament since.

==Trivia==
*The illustration takes inspiration from the first {{TCG ID|Tournament|No.2 Trainer|promo}} produced in Japan in 1997, featuring {{p|Pikachu}} holding a silver trophy.
*The card is the same in each year; the only difference is the logo of the Worlds tournament it was awarded in and the year in the text.
*The card is only printed in English, making it one of the rarest English cards in existence. There are only three copies of each annual version produced.
