It is a riverside town surrounded by flourishing nature. Most of the town is agricultural, with numerous fields growing crops such as corn and watermelon. The town's centerpiece is the Michina Ruins.

Thousands of years ago, Michina Town was a desolate place, which was nothing but a wasteland. But the [[Jewel of Life]]'s power that {{OBP|Arceus|M12}} gave [[Damos]] made the town's soil rich and fertile. Then Damos constructed a shrine at the peak of a mountain in order to praise Arceus's kindness.
