The Marriland Forums are a large group of forums popular in the fandom.
The webmaster is Devin, who is a twenty-year-old male living in northern Illinois.
Marriland is known for his walkthroughs, and likeness of games. He also has some obvious liking
in making websites (hence the Marriland Forums...) His Wi-Fi Team consists of:
Tiamatra (Salamance)

Megiddo (Tyranitar)

Metalfenix (Skarmory)
Server issues
The Marriland Forums have suffered from server problems ever since Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl came out in April 2007. This resulted in the server going down for hours at a time, as it couldn't handle the flood of new users.
Due to Mariland's dire situation, starting in July 2008 Devin started to update the forums from phpbb2 to phpbb3. After many hours of updates and downtime, the Marriland Forums finished the transition on November 12th. Problems have been decreasing after the update

Used in a fight versus Untouchable. KO-ED a level 100 Empoleon by:
Empoleon got Paralyzed.
FEAR was switched out (With a Focus Band)
Empoleon attacked FEAR, but FEAR was left with 1HP.
FEAR used Endeavor (Pulls down the oppoment's HP down to the user's HP, in this case was one.)
Empoleon attacked but Paralyze stopped the attack.
FEAR used Quick Attack (Strikes First, and vs the Empoleon, would be 1 Dmg.)
Empoleon fainted and Marriland Prevails!
From all the "Marriland vs. ---" Videos on Youtube, he has won twelve times.
