Ken'ichi Ogata

Ken'ichi Ogata (Japanese: 緒方賢一 Ogata Ken'ichi) is a Japanese voice actor for the Pokémon anime. He was born on March 29, 1942 in Tagawa, Fukuoka, Japan.
