Executive (Trainer class)
A Rocket Executive is a type of Pokémon trainer that first debuted in the Generation II games. They are the heads of Team Rocket after Giovanni abandons the organization. There are two of them, a man and a woman. In the games, they are unnamed; however in the Pokémon Special manga, they are called Cart and Shum.
They generally use a combination of Poison-type and Dark-type Pokémon.
