-For international voice actors, the rules are a little stricter. Main cast ({{Ash}}, [[Ash's friends]], and [[Team Rocket]]) VAs are notable, as well as most major recurring characters ({{Gary}}, [[Professor Oak]], [[Paul]], etc.) VAs. Also, if an actor dubbed more than 30 minor characters, or participated in more than 100 episodes - they're usually notable enough.
+International voice actors are no longer considered notable, as their information should be listed on {{bp|Project Globe}}'s articles.
 Exceptions can still be made to either side - the final decision in case of dispute will be made by the administrators.
