The most notable thing in Solaceon Town is the Pokémon Day Care. When you first arrive you'll have a quick encounter with Barry that will mention the seals and the Solaceon Ruins. A man on the left side of the path to Route 210 will give you the Pokétch app Pokémon History.

If you travel along the north border of Solaceon Town, you will see three ledges to jump down. Take the middle one, then jump down the next two and you will arrive at the house of the seal boy, who will give you an alphabet Seal for every corresponding Unown you show him, including the exclamation point and question mark seals.

To the right of the town is the Solaceon Ruins. You will be able to catch all 28 forms of Unown. You will need to go into the Ruins since the HM for Defog is found here. Right now you will only be able to find 26 of these forms and by doing so it will help expand the Maniac Tunnel on 214 with each one you catch and by collecting all 26 it will allow you to use the Maniac Tunnel to access the hidden second floor where the last two Unown are, the ! and ? Unown that will allow you to complete the set. Make sure to at least encounter one wild Unown in battle since no trainer uses an Unown and you need to have seen it to complete the sightings in your Sinnoh Dex which is essential to obtain the National Pokédex.
The way have this will work is that twenty of the Unown can be found in the dead-end rooms, and since not all of them can be randomly found in the same room make sure to use at least 2 or 3 to help locate all of them is you wish to catch them all. For the remaining six they are located in all the main hallways excluding the entrance and only one can be found in each hallway.
Now all you need to do is find the right stairways that will take you to each hallway until you reach the last main hallway which will have four items and among these items is 05, the Plate, and the Incense (for producing a Mime Jr. egg when breeding a Mr. Mime). Once Defog is in your possession then your mission should be complete. Also some evolution stones are located as hidden items in the stone of three of the dead end rooms. Since these stones are the Evolutionary stone, Evolutionary stone, and Evolutionary stone, it will help make it easier to obtain Eevee's Generation I evolutions without having to collect the stones in the Underground.

Once you get Defog from the ruins you can return to 209 to explore the Lost Tower.
Once you get Defog from the Solaceon Ruins you can return to 209 to explore the Lost Tower. While the first two floors are easy, for the last three you will need Defog to remove the intense fog. Unlike there are is no direct reason to explore the Lost Tower as 04 has been moved to a new location, but there are still some valuable items to be found. Also if you come here during the night you can find a wild Duskull here. Anyway once you reach the 5F, use Defog to remove the fog, then talk to each of the elderly ladies to receive the Out-of-battle effect item and Type-enhancing item.
