'''Anthony''' (Japanese: '''トンペイ''' ''Tonpei'') is a recurring character in the [[Pokémon anime]] and a [[Pokémon Coordinator]] who entered the [[Hoenn Grand Festival]]. He appeared in ''[[AG122|Deceit and Assist]]'' and ''[[AG123|Rhapsody in Drew]]''.

{{Ash}} and {{ashfr}} met Anthony while he was on the beach looking for his {{pkmn|Contest}} [[Ribbon]]s and [[Contest Pass]], which had been stolen by {{TRT}}. He was worried that he would not be able to enter the [[Grand Festival]]. With the help of Ash, [[Max]], and [[Officer Jenny]], Anthony tracked down Team Rocket and retrieved his Ribbons just in time for the competition. It was revealed that he got the 52nd place in the first Appeals Round.

Anthony was able to get through the second appeal stage and the first [[Double Battle|two-on-two]] [[Contest Battle]], but lost in the next two-on-two Contest Battle against {{an|May}}. He promised that, despite the loss, he would train harder to one day become a [[Top Coordinator]].
