Get Your Rotom Running! (Japanese: 羊羹とロトム！ Yōkan and Rotom!) is the 105th episode of the Diamond & Pearl series, and the 571st episode of the Pokémon anime. It first aired in Japan on December 4, 2008, as part of a one hour special with DP104, and in the United States on May 9, 2009. This episode is the season premiere of Pokémon Diamond & Pearl: Galactic Battles.
Synopsis
Professor Oak recommends a hotel to the group, as the hotel serves a special dessert called Gateaukanor yo . The group go to the hotel immediately, but it is closed. When they are about to turn back and leave, the doors open by themselves. The group ventures inside, where they see a microwave oven. Ash and Pikachu pikachu claims there is something. pikachu puts his head in the oven which attacks and then returns into a regular microwave oven. the power turns back on. an announcement informs ash and friends that they can make the gateau themselves. they go into the kitchen. brock tells ash and dawn that he will make the gateau. Ash goes to train for his canlave gym battle and dawn for her contest. Ash commands chimchar to attack pikachu and for pikachu to dodge. chimchar actidently hits a lawn mower which suddenly attacks. During Dawn's training a fan turn on. dawn turns it off to conserve energy. then the fan attacks.Dawn and Ash run into each other and explain what they were being chased by. Dawn says that maybe what the construction worker was right about this ghost. Ash and Dawn hurry to warn Brock. While they go to warn brock they get chased by a lawn mower,fan,and washing machine. when they find Brock Brock mentions that they act like they were chased by a ghost and brock dosn't belive them. then the refrigerator turns into this mysterious ghost just like the washing machine, fan, lawn mower and microwave. ash and dawn scream and brock turns around to find a normal fridge and then again ash and dawn scream and brock turns around to find a normal fridge untill he realizes it is a ghost. the ghost attacks. they get chased by multiple forms of the ghost and then the pokemon attack and everyone runs outside. pikachu and pachirisu attack the ghost which pops out the laundry machine to reveal a pokemon called rotom and all those electrical appliance was rotom inside them. ash asks why rotom is doing this. Dawns sugests it is because it was just playing. rotom nods then attacks. Ash yells at rotom and rotm disappears into a light pole which stops working. then brock says that he finihed the gateau and that it is safe. everyone eats it and then the episode ends.
