This card was likely created to replace Ditto from Fossil, because of its confusing (and potentially difficult to program) Pokémon Power.
This card displays a 'GB' symbol in place of the Expansion symbol, indicating it was created exclusively for the Game Boy.

Origin

Pound is a move in the Pokémon games, however Ditto can’t learn it.
