Good Sleep Day
Good Sleep Day (Japanese: グッドスリープデー Good Sleep Day) is a monthly in-game event in Pokémon Sleep. A Good Sleep Day event runs for three days, namely the days before, during, and after a full moon. If a player tracks their sleep during a Good Sleep Day event, Snorlax's Drowsy Power will be multiplied, and various bonuses will be available.
Event time
A Good Sleep Day event runs for a total of 72 hours, beginning at 4:00 a.m. local time, which is the time at which a day in Pokémon Sleep starts. Good Sleep Day events are held on the three days before, during, and after a full moon.[1]
The following is a list of dates on which Good Sleep Day events have been held.
Effects
The following bonuses apply if a player tracks their sleep during a Good Sleep Day event.[1]
- Days 1 and 3:
- Snorlax's Drowsy Power is multiplied by ×1.5.
- Pokémon gain ×2 EXP from sleeping.
- The player receives a bonus of 500 Sleep Points for the first sleep session tracked in a day. (No bonus sleep points are awarded for the second sleep session tracked.)
- Day 2 (the night of the full moon):
- Snorlax's Drowsy Power is multiplied by a variable amount. This amount is usually ×2, but starting with the fourth Good Sleep Day event, the multiplier may change depending on the day of the week that the full moon occurs in, as follows.[4]
- Monday: ×4
- Tuesday: ×3
- Wednesday: ×2.5
- Other days: ×2
- Pokémon gain ×3 EXP from sleeping.
- The player receives a bonus of 1,000 Sleep Points for the first sleep session tracked in a day. (No bonus sleep points are awarded for the second sleep session tracked.)
- Snorlax's Drowsy Power is multiplied by a variable amount. This amount is usually ×2, but starting with the fourth Good Sleep Day event, the multiplier may change depending on the day of the week that the full moon occurs in, as follows.[4]
Event bonuses only apply for sleep sessions tracked during the event. If a player tracks their sleep before the event begins but decides to review it later once the event starts, event bonuses will not be applied. Conversely, if the player tracks their sleep during the event, the player may still receive event bonuses even if they review their sleep after the event has ended.[1]
Event bonuses do not apply to sleep tracking during the tutorial.[1]
