Blunder Policy (Japanese: からぶりほけん Ineffective Guarantee) is a type of held item introduced in Generation VIII.

Effect

If one of the holder's moves misses one of its targets, unless that target was in the semi-invulnerable stage of a move, the Blunder Policy is consumed and the holder's Speed is increased by two stages.
