Jacques is a character of the day who appeared in Snubbull Snobbery.
When Ash and his friends were eating dinner with Madame Muchmoney, Madame Muchmoney noticed that her Snubbull wouldn't eat. She then had Jacques make her Snubbull something so that Snubbull would eat. However, Jacques mentioned that he had already tried everything before and Snubbull still wouldn't eat. Fortunately, Brock came to the rescue with the rice balls that he had in his bag and Snubbull ate them.
