(Japanese: Oscar) is a character in the Pokémon anime who appeared in the special, SS026.

History

Oscar lives in the mountains along with Anna. As Anna fell on the top of the mountains, he had his Stoutland rescue her in the nick of time. However, when Oscar was about to pull her back up, the three fell and things were about to get worse until Mewtwo arrived and lifted them back up. He saw the Mewtwo as his rescuer and it flew off. When Virgil arrived to make a landing on his helicopter, Oscar told him the story about Mewtwo.

Later, he, Anna, Virgil and Danku go to the mountains to find Mewtwo. They returned to the cabins to mention a plan of healing it after it got injured.

Stoutland is a Pokémon who lives in the cabins with Oscar. While Anna was hiking on the mountains, he had Stoutland save her when she fell and was then rescued by Mewtwo who lifted them back up.
