The Mystery of the Mirage Pokémon is the mission given by Spinda in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon.
To complete the mission, the player has to go into three fields. These contain the Legendary beasts, Entei, Raikou and Suicune, in that order. Once these fields are passed, the player must head to Mt.Faraway, the location of the valuable Friend Bow (30th floor) and climb 40 floors to reach and battle Ho-Oh, which appears to be the mirage Pokémon. Ho-Oh's friend area is Rainbow Peak, and it is a 4-star size Pokémon. You cannot recruit it on your first encounter.
