Why isn't there Japanese staff? Is the Japanese discriminated with bulbapedia?

- The way we pick are staff has nothing to do with what race they are. We do not discriminate here. It's about how much work they put in to their contributions here. If a users shows the dedication and the effort, then we promote them. We can't just promote someone just because the are Japanese.
