Release information
This card was released as both a Regular card and a Full Art card. Both prints feature artwork by Megumi Mizutani. The Regular print was released in the Roaring Skies expansion, originating from the M Rayquaza-EX Mega Battle Deck in Japan, while the Full Art print was released in the Ancient Origins expansion, originating as one of the XY-P Promotional cards. The promotional print was available to customers who purchased 2 booster boxes of Emerald Break starting March 14, 2015 at participating stores in Japan.
Steven is a powerful Trainer in the Pokémon games who the player meets several times throughout their journey. His room in Hoenn's Pokémon League is featured in the Regular print's illustration.
