Howie (Japanese: ヒロヲ Hiro'o) is a character of the day in The Ole' Berate and Switch. His Japanese voice actor is 阪口大助 Daisuke Sakaguchi.
He was the first Trainer that Ash and his Corphish battled in the tournament in Pewter City. The tournament was actually a scam that Team Rocket agents Butch and Cassidy planned the whole time. He uses a Pinsir.
