Kathy (Japanese: キャシー Kathy) is a character of the day who appeared in Must Be Our Heroes and the Witch!.
Kathy runs a café in Stow-on-Side and met Ash, Pikachu, and Misty when they visited her café for food. When they were impressed with her food, she called out her chef who turned out to be their former travelling companion Brock. Brock had fallen in love with Kathy but was heartbroken when Kathy revealed that she already had a fiancé. After learning this, Brock left her café and joined Ash and Misty on their journey.
A wild Hatterene would later create a vision of Kathy to make Brock follow her.
