After a user told me that only admins were able to take away stub statuses, I was left completely unsure of whether I could/n't relieve [[Power]] of its status. It says in "Find or Fix a Stub" that "If you saw that message on the article, but the article is developed well beyond stub status, please feel free to remove the tag.", However, I have made one or two mistakes already and want to make double sure.
