I was seriously thinking that Marowak's BST when holding a tc was 554, because if we assume your calculation is right, 425+80=505 would mean that Marowak's Atk base stat is 160, but an Atk coming from 160 base stat (or any other stat in that matter barring HP) with beneficial nature, 31 IV and 252 EVs can "''only''" cap at 460, not a whopping 568.

When I calculated the corresponding base stat in order to achieve 568 points in that stat, I've found so far that the corresponding base stat would be 209, thus Marowak's BST is 554 when holding tc.
