'''Toshinao Aoki''' (Japanese: '''青木俊直''') was an illustrator for the [[Pokémon Trading Card Game]]. His first card, {{TCG ID|Wizards Promo|Surfing Pikachu|28}}, was released for the {{wp|Japan Railways Group}} Train Rally in August of 1997, and his final cards were part of the {{TCG|EX FireRed & LeafGreen}} expansion in April seven years later. Even though he is no longer working for Pokémon Card Laboratories, his artwork is still being used. In the {{TCG|Rising Rivals}} and {{TCG|Supreme Victors}} expansions, a few of his illustrations were featured as the {{TCG|retro cards}}. In addition to Pokémon cards, his artwork was featured in the [[Pokémon Tales]] story books ''Pikachu's Day'', ''Lapras Makes a Friend'', ''I'm Not Pikachu'', and ''Wake Up, Lugia!''.
