I know that trading pPkMnp from Yellow avoids this, but it also prevents .4 from learning TM28.

:Simply delete Super Glitch with another move, either by leveling .4 up, or using a TM on it.  If you're worried about your game crashing just by viewing the name when deleting the move (which personally has never happened to me), save your game before using the TM or Rare Candy.  [[User:Missingno.
