"PLA says a Shiny Ponyta is blue" does not say, for example, "PLA says a green Ponyta is not Shiny." Likewise, while an official source will say "Shiny Butterfree is purple with green eyes," you cannot read into it that it says "A pink Butterfree is not Shiny." Color Pokémon'''. Since you are all now arguing that these are mutually exclusive terms, then that means the term Alt. Color Pokémon was never retconned.
