:I've moved the base stats to the bottom for now. :: My bad on the inconsistency, I had [https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/w/index.php?title=Starter_Pok%C3%A9mon&type=revision&diff=3473899&oldid=3473792 moved] them to the bottom but hadn't updated the stats section. Release order makes the most sense in my opinion.
