The start of the article says that "Saying so himself, Professor Elm studies unusual Pokémon Abilities," and it's mentioned first thing, even before Eggs. But that's not mentioned anywhere in his dialogue in the games- is this something that just comes from the anime? If that's the case, I think it should be a little bit later in the intro, because it makes it seem like that's more of his focus.
