Right now the article says that "Koko" is the sound a chicken makes. Just want to point out that it is more likely to derive from the headland [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koko_Head Koko Head], given that this area is the real-life basis of where the Pokemon apparently resides in-game and the role it holds in that location.
