:You are correct.  However, Primal Kyogre has the abilty Primordial Sea, which DOES grant immunity.  The only way that Primordial Sea would NOT be able to be in effect is if a slower Primal Groudon or Mega Rayquaza was on the field and activated an ability AFTER Kyogre, which would render Primordial Sea ineffective and out of play and thus make Primal Kyogre attackable with Fire-type attacks once again.  That is the ONLY way.  CycloneGU (talk) 03:49, 30 January 2016 (UTC)

::Air Lock, Cloud Nine, and (probably) ability-changing moves also let fire moves hit PK... Adding a disclaimer like 'Under heavy rain' or 'With Primordial Sea' might make it more precise. Octaazacubane (talk) 20:12, 13 March 2016 (UTC)

Origin Pulse/Water Spout
I think a full-health a rain-boosted choice specs Kyogre Water Spout is the most powerful attack in the game that doesn't need setup, and if Water Spout doesn't count, Origin Pulse is.  Should this be mentioned?
