Okay, I took your advice and have a picture for you: [http://oi57.tinypic.com/m79jcm.jpg] (I still don't know how to make a link actually look like a URL, but it's there and works). The egg hasn't had any real ill effects on my game; it hasn't multiplied, hasn't glitched anything, it has only caused a minor inconvenience of taking up a slot in my PC. I'm currently trying to hatch it, I'll keep you all posted! The whole cause is just a flipped bit in the Pokemon's data. When a checksum is bad, it'll show up as a bad egg. The default data is essentially all zeroes with the name "Egg" (localized to the language) and includes your Country/(3DS)Region/Language, thus is why the 0/0/2000 date appears (the value of 00 00...). — [[User:Kaphotics|Kaphotics]] ([[User talk:Kaphotics|talk]]) 07:16, 16 August 2014 (UTC) | |||
