Does the system recalculate a pokemon's stats when it's traded?  In particular I'm wondering about 4th gen.  For example, if you had a Lv. 100 Blaziken in Diamond, could you cancel it's EVs (using berries), retrain it's EVs, then get it's new stats by trading to a Platinum?
