The Pokétch company is a company that makes the new appliance the [[Pokétch]]. After you receive the town map, the owner would come and talk about the [[Pokétch]]. He says to bring 3 coupons from clowns around the city to receive one. The clowns would ask simple questions and after you get it right, you receive the coupon (the first answer on each question is the correct one for all three). After you do that, return to the man to receive the Pokétch. The Pokétch building is the upper-west corner of the city. After you receive the old-numbered badges as shown in your Trainer case (Coal Badge, Cobble Badge, Relic Badge, and Icicle Badge) you can talk to the owner inside the building to receive a new application for the Pokétch. Out of all you can receive from him, the Marking Map is the most useful since it can be used to track [[Roaming Pokémon]].

You can catch some Pokemon here.
Budew is a Grass/Poison-type Pokemon. Budew evolves into Roselia if leveled up when its happiness is high. Roselia will evolve again into Roserade when a Shiny Stone is used. Roselia evolutionary line's Sp. Atk is very high. Budew has Absorb, which isn't very good to attack, but the healing is good to have. It learns Growth at Level 4 to raise its Sp. Atk. It learns Stun Spore, which inflicts paralysis and helps when you are catching Pokemon, at Level 10. Budew learns Mega Drain -- the stronger version of Absorb, at Level 13, then it doen't learn any good moves unless it evolves. Try to let Budew evolve at or before Level 19 because Roselia learns Magical Leaf -- a Grass-type move that never misses like Aerial Ace, at Level 19. Roselia learns Giga Drain -- the strongest version of Absorb, at Level 25, then learns Petal Dance -- a Grass-type Thrash, at Level 40. It also learns Aromatherapy, which cures all status ailments of your team, and Synthesis, which heals itself for a variable amount of HP depending on the weather, on Level 43 and 46 respectively. When Roselia evolves into Roserade, it doesn't learn any moves afterwards, but its Sp. Atk will skyrocket. Roserade can also relearn Weather Ball, an attack that the type changes according to the weather. Roselia evolution line can also learn SolarBeam and Sludge Bomb, which has high base power, through TM, making use of Budew and its evolution's very high Sp. Atk.
