::[[Shooti's Tsutarja]] had a different, more masculine voice. It was also his first Pokemon so, while it is possible, it is VERY unlikely that they're the same Tsutarja. Though, as far as I could tell through the language barrier, they did hint that this one may have belonged to someone before. The voice change makes me think it probably wasn't Shooti though. | |||
