-If you look at the ferry port of Rotterdam in Holland, it looks almost identical to Hiun City, and by judging it's landscape and bridges all around it, you could just clearly see that Isshu might be based in Holland, obviously because Japan and the Dutch go a long way with each other, during their trading age.
