:::Even then, the movie's portrayal of Zoroark might not be indicative of the entire species's behavior. And there's a fine line between mischievous and evil anyway, so I doubt its behavior would clear that up. Either way the Kitsune basis is pretty clear, but perhaps we could work in the story of the Black Fox as a secondary origin. --[[User:AndyPKMN|AndyPKMN]] 18:52, 1 May 2010 (UTC) | :::Even then, the movie's portrayal of Zoroark might not be indicative of the entire species's behavior. === Spring Heeled Jack === | |||
Zoroark could possibly be based on 'Spring Heeled Jack' in English folklore, as it too takes the shape of a wolf like creature, it too has the powers of illusinating into other forms than it's normal self. This scene in Youtube has proof of the identical scenery http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ZYvD2XsxPo [[User:Cynthia149]] 22:08, 3 May 2010 (UTC) |
