Forgive me if this is not the place for a bug report, but I can't find the right one. Page tabs are suffering a glitch in which they appear offset down enough to cover the site-top announcement banner (at present, the "Bulbapedia is open again" announcement) and about three tab lengths to the right. :Staff is aware of this issue and it hopefully will be fixed soon. Until then, I recommend using the vector skin, which isn't having any issues at the moment.
