B óË ÁN is a ??? Glitch Pokémon.
- is a Glitch Pokémon in Generation III which hatches from a ?. Its sprite looks that of an egg. It can also be found by "catching" the Pokémon found in the GBA index number 412 (egg). It can be caught at Level 77 in the wild.

It is only found by using the "Always your turn" code in FireRed and LeafGreen and switching Pokémon. This glitch causes the game to stop (except for the movement of the sprite), and no action can be taken (except accessing the Help menu). When it appears, it will come out of a Master Ball and have Bulbasaur's cry possibly because it is the first valid Pokémon cry after 000.
In , it will hatch at level 77, and if raised one level, it will jump to level 100. However, when traded to Emerald, if given a Vitamin before raising it a level, it will go down to level 45. If - is given another Rare Candy, it will grow to level 100. Afterwards, the game may lose focus as if it is frozen (the reset button combination will not work). However, after a while, the game will gain focus and "un-freeze". It can then be traded back to FireRed/LeafGreen. It has a glitch-name ability, it is unknown what it does, and its two types are Tough and Cute, which are contest-only move types. -'s summary can only be viewed in the Emerald Version as if it is attempted to be viewed in FireRed and LeafGreen, the game will perform the Thunderbolt glitch music while freezing the screen into a magenta color. No action can be performed and the game needs to be reset.

When encountered, it will continuously scroll from bottom to top, and flip over (causing a small green distortion). It only appears as a yellow/orange square, and cannot be found in any other way (not even by hacking the game's code, because its hexadecimal identifier is unknown; therefore one cannot directly encounter it through an encounter code or change the first Pokémon in their party to view it).
The games treat it both like an egg and a Pokémon. If entered in a battle as the first Pokémon in the party, the second Pokémon will be sent out instead. However, it is possible to shift - into battle. Furthermore, if taken to the Name Rater to be nicknamed, the Name Rater states that he cannot nickname an egg. If hatched in FireRed/LeafGreen, however, it can be given a nickname when it hatches.

In order to encounter B óË ÁN, first the player enters the GameShark codes "Always your turn" and "Infinite PP" and catches a Caterpie. Then after evolving it into a Metapod, the player must use the Metapod against Brock with the GameShark codes switched on. He/she has to make the Metapod use Tackle once, and the game should automatically switch out to B óË ÁN on the following turn, rather than performing the action selected by the player.

Its sprite appears to be that of the animation of the move Conversion, when the white square changes color to that of the glitch Pokémon.

Another encounter of it has been found on the -based ROM hack of Pokémon FireRed, ShinyGold, in which if the player had a Quilava in a battle with the Silver of the game, used Ember and then tried to do the attack again, the game automatically switched to B óË ÁN and was stuck.

It is not recommended to try and do this glitch without saving beforehand otherwise the game will stick with that as long as it is on. The game will still keep any saved data beforehand, however.
