If they are both a multiplier, then it will be 50x2x1.5x1.5=225, whereas if they are both addition then it could be as low as 150, as high as 225, or somewhere in between. I would lean more towards the lower, 150 figure.  It would seem to me that handing you a pokémon that could output 225 at level 30, would be a bit of a game ruin-er.  Not to mention the ability to control multiple different major elements.
