This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it was awarded to the runners-up of the first, second and third Tropical Mega Battle tournaments held in Hawaii in 1999, 2000 and 2001 respectively. The card was never released in English.

This card is one of the rarest cards in the world, with only one copy of the card produced for each tournament, meaning only three exist. The card can still reach sums of $9,000 in auctions.
