+:I imagine this page is the first thing people will be looking at when trying to get to know transfer in general, or be reminded about what is and isn't possible. (It's at least what I do.) So this being a "hub" certainly makes sense.
+:Ideally, I wouldn't mind if it's somewhat more table-like, more standardized, so the basic main information is easily visible/accessible (without reading the whole text-based article).
+:About restrictions, I believe this should include more than just species restrictions (like no HMs etc.), not sure if your point included that; maybe all the details can be offloaded to the individual pages, but I'm pretty sure it's something the hub should include. (Ideally, all I need to answer "Can I transfer <Pokémon> with <move> from <game> to <game>, and if so by what means?" is a brief look at this page and that's it.)
+:I agree with the rest. As for the things you're unsure about, I believe those are less important, but should still be here!?
