I recently had to update the page to bring the information up-to-date on that page. Could you take a look at it when you have the time and if necessary make any copy-edits to improve anything you feel could be beneficial to that page? -Tyler53841 (talk) 18:22, 18 September 2018 (UTC)

VA Name Romanization
Hi abcboy,
How are we romanizing んい in voice actor's names, officially? I've seen various standards on VA pages: in the case of Kenichi Suzumura there's no apostrophe between n and i, whereas in the case of Shin'ichirō Miki the n and i are separated. In both cases the kanji reading in hiragana is definitely んい and not に, which would support apostrophe usage. The MoS indicates Hepburn should be used, and both traditional and modified Hepburn separate the nasal, vowels, and semivowels with a dash and apostrophe, respectively, to distinguish it from a glide or different mora; however this isn't directly indicated, unlike macron usage, in the MoS.
What say you?
