This card was included in the {{TCG|Celestial Storm}} expansion with artwork by [[Sekio]], first released in the Japanese {{TCG|Sky-Splitting Eminence}} expansion. A Non Holo variant was available in the {{TCG|Celestial Storm Build & Battle Box}}. In Japan, this card was reprinted with new artwork by [[0313]] as one of seven possible {{TCG|SM-P Promotional cards}} available in promotional packs awarded to participants of Pokémon Card Gym tournaments during June and July 2018. This print features the Pokémon Card Gym logo. This print was released in English as one of the {{TCG|SM Black Star Promos|SM Black Star Promo}} {{TCG|Prerelease cards|Prerelease promos}} also within the Celestial Storm Build & Battle Box. A print with a gold foil "Staff" stamp was one of four possible cards given to those overseeing the Prerelase event.
