:Although I may not agree with how you say it, I agree that there should be a point where common sense trumps "official confirmation" or "we need a reason, not just them being linked together". With a lot of duos or trios, we just ''know'' they are linked, we don't need ''direct evidence'', which I would like to add, is there. ::::I don't think the two can be compared. Mohn "discovered" the wormholes, so he must be the first one to do so (or else the word is misused). Unless the developers/games dictate that one of the two statements are false, then both must be true to make sense. On the other hand, Zygarde's case is different. There weren't any outright references to a "trio". If an NPC says that "Yveltal, Xerneas, and one other Pokemon makes a trio" AND "Zygarde was part of some sort of trio in Kalos", then you can put them in a trio. Unlike Mohn's case, we never got any factual statements about a trio. You can make a logical and factual conclusion based on two statements (Mohn), but you can't do the same for assumptions (Zygarde). The most we can derive from the hints is that Zygarde is related to the two. It's frustrating, I know. But I agree that we should wait for Gamefreak to confirm it. We probably would have gotten confirmation if we got Pokemon Z, but meh. No use talking about "ifs".
