There is no -dine or even -ine in this name that suggests a link to "undine". To the best of my etymological knowledge this is a combination of "brio" and "lionne". Although "brine" may not be directly linked, overall the entire name may reference this word. If you pronounce it "brai-on-ee" the vocal resemblance to "brai-n" is quite striking.
